For me, it was in the early morning light at a French baker, where I watched butter slowly melt into perfectly baked croissants – they were like golden threads woven together. It was also on a floating breakfast tray in the Maldivian Ocean framed by crystal blue waters and a majestic sky so beautiful I thought I was truly dreaming. Then again, it was at a palace in Rajasthan hearing the “whispers” of the rich spices that were used to create thali(s) that made you feel as if time stood still and waited for you. Those moments of Pleasure and Indulgence will surely be our inspiration and will be reflected throughout ‘’Twisty Trails’’.
